Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than happy of her placing. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to working out. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
